HaulKing connects customers with local junk removal contractors. The actual removal service is performed by independent contractors. HaulKing is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent contractors beyond what is described herein.
All prices are estimates until confirmed on-site by our crew. Final pricing is based on volume. Payment is due upon completion. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled window. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.
We do not accept hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazardous waste, fuel, ammunition, or explosives. Attempting to have us remove prohibited items may result in refusal of service.
HaulKing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
