If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel or reschedule more than 2 hours before your window — no charge.
- Late cancellation fee: Cancellations within 2 hours of your window may incur a $25 fee.
- No-show policy: If no one is home and items are inaccessible, this is treated as a late cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
- Service not performed due to crew error (full refund)
- You were charged more than the agreed on-site estimate (difference refunded)
- Duplicate payment was processed (full refund of duplicate)
- Service quality did not meet our standards (partial or full refund at our discretion)
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items that were successfully removed per your request
- Late cancellation fees
- Jobs declined due to prohibited items
